Restricted Access

I know I keep flip-flopping and changing my mind, but access to this journal will be by request and approval only. I've been censoring myself way too much in my online journal and I don't want to have to deal with the pressure to live up to others' image of me. If you'd like access, I have to ask you to adhere to these rules:
  1. You need to be open-minded. Accept that not everyone is the same as you and I am almost definitely not the same as you.
  2. Keep in mind I'm not perfect and neither is my life. Going 'underground' with this journal is an attempt for me to be more open. I have some problems. Some I'm actively trying to work towards fixing right now. Some I'm sweeping under the rug until I can get other aspects of my life in order first.
  3. Don't mention the journal or anything mentioned in the journal on the blog. That one's fairly direct.
  4. Feel free to request access, but please don't be offended if it isn't given to you. I welcome you to request access, but it's nothing personal if I don't give it to you right away. If I know you offline, the chances are slim you're going to get access.
  5. You agree to receive a notify email from me about the journal. You are able to opt-out of the notification, but it will be turned on by default. To stop receiving emails, go to your account settings and select Email Settings. Uncheck the box that indicates you'd like to receive email from site administrators. If you receive a notification after that, please let me know and I'll look into it.
So what do you need to do to request journal access? First, if you're not already registered, you'll need to do that first. Next you'll need to login if you haven't done that yet. Once you've logged in, you should see a button below titled "Request Journal Access". All you have to do is push that button and I'll email you when your access is setup. If you don't see the button, it's because you're not logged in. You'll have to log in first. If I haven't responded to your request within 48 hours, please feel free to contact me with your request. Maybe I never got it.
