I stored the exersaucer and the high chair last night. We haven’t used the exersaucer since probably before Elias could crawl and it’s been taking up a lot of space in the living room. It really opened up the room! Leah loves the empty floor.
When we went to Maryland in November, we bought a little fold up booster seat for Elias. It worked so well while we were up there and while we were in Texas, that I don’t see any reason to keep a huge high chair set up. Losing the high chair also freed up an unbelievable amount of space. I really love the booster, as it’s easy to take down if we need the extra seat for some reason. Plus it puts him at a better level with us at the table. He really seems to love it.
It’s nice to get a little more organized and have old things stored away together since we need to move by March. That’s so close, I’m not looking forward to it at all, though I will love being in a bigger place.
