186.8 this morning. 0.6 lb loss. Sigh.
I need to get my ass in gear because there is NO WAY I’ll reach my goal at this rate!
This gives me 11.8 pounds to lose in 36 days. I have to lose 0.34 pounds a day or 2.38 pounds per week.
Exercise is the absolute only way that’s going to happen. Now, what do I do to motivate myself to get up and work out!?

What kind of scale do you use? I’d love to have one that measures more accurately that just round numbers.
I use a Tanita scale which also measures body fat. It’s a lot like this one.
Well, we could buddy up and challenge each other to stick with it – a daily check in for the next 36 days? Whatever exercise we want/need, but no days off unless we say we’re taking them in advance….

Emails are probably the best for me.. I check it compulsively.
That would work for me too – the two things I check obsessively throughout the day: LJ & email (though, if I’m on campus, I’ll only respond to email).
